Exit Interstate 35 at Riverside Drive exit #233.  Turn right onto Riverside Drive and head westbound.  Travel along Riverside Drive approximately 1.1 miles until you reach South First Street.  Turn right onto South First Street and go over the Town Lake Bridge.  Move to the left lane. After crossing over the bridge, all of the traffic must veer right and merge into Cesar Chavez, a one-way street.  As you merge into Cesar Chavez Street, move toward the left lane as soon as possible.  The very first street on the left is Colorado Street, which is only one block from the bridge.  At the corner of Colorado and First Street/Cesar Chavez, you will see the Ashton Building. As soon as you pass Colorado Street, immediately turn left into the Ashton underground parking garage. There is a small sign that says "Visitor's Parking".   (Also note that this visitor’s parking lot is not the underground parking for the building, which is the next entrance.)  As you enter the visitor’s parking lot, take a ticket and bring it with you.  We will validate it for you.
