For those traveling Southbound on Mopac (Loop 1):

Exit Mopac/Loop 1 at the First Street/Fifth Street exit.  Keep right at the fork on the ramp and follow the signs to First Street, which is also known as Cesar Chavez.  Travel along First Street approximately 1.2 miles until you pass Lavaca Street on your left. The next street after Lavaca is Colorado Street.  At the corner of Colorado and First Street/Cesar Chavez, you will see the Ashton Building. As soon as you pass Colorado Street, immediately turn left into the Ashton underground parking garage. There is a small sign that says "Visitor's Parking".   (Also note that this visitor’s parking lot is not the underground parking for the building, which is the next entrance.)  As you enter the visitor’s parking lot, take a ticket and bring it with you.  We will validate it for you.
